Gillette Padel Vip Cup 2019

On July 5th, VIPs took to the court to face off against the most talented padel lovers who had tenaciously defeated their rivals in local men’s and women’s tournaments throughout Italy. The stars then continued the celebration at the exclusive beach party held at the “Beach Club Lamante” in the Oasi di Kufra of Sabaudia, where a host of celebrities, journalists, and distinguished guests enjoyed a very special DJ set: Bobo Vieri at the turntable.

As the face of Gillette‘s hugely popular “Shave Like a Bomber” campaign, Bobo enlivened the evening as BOBO DJ, recreating the evocative ambiance of Ibiza’s nightlife, a scene he dearly loves, ensuring an unforgettable night for all guests.

The star-studded Sabaudia tournament supported AIL’s fundraising campaign for the Home Care Assistance Project for hematological patients, DONA 1 KM, allowing them to receive necessary treatments without having to leave the comfort of their homes and loved ones.

The campaign also went online on WISHRAISER with a donate-to-win approach: a weekend at the Gillette Padel Vip Cup was up for grabs. With each donation, users could enter a draw for a chance to win a trip and stay in Sabaudia, VIP all-inclusive passes for the tournament final, the opportunity to play with their idols on the court, and access to an exclusive party with the celebrities.
